After 4 hours fasting, no food or water. It was really painful to just walk to the gym without water, all my friends asked why i looked so tired.

Well, the body check up is done and my PT has to make me to work hard. During the holiday i have lost 4 kg of muscles and fat. So, my PT told me i have to gain 2,5 kg muscles ans 0,8 fat. Yea, right i want to gain fat… But it can’t be hard to gain fat with the mess food. Harder is to gain muscles and get the protein i need to build muscles. The reason is in the mess we do not get non-veg every day.

Now, it is only 1,5 hours to wait to get my monthly diet plan. Thank good I have my book with me.
