Okay, maybe you do notunderstand how much food I had for dinner. Especially with this photo with only two seve puris.
Well, then I can explain. First I had some rasma in the mess (got protein), then my friend and I went for chart, street food pani puri (to the best place they serve pani puri in Viman nagar.Every place make different taste). On to off that I gave my friend company for dinner. We had mushrooms masala and naan bread. So much food but it was a very nice evening!
Can you understand how much I ate?
Also, who can say no to street food or not give a company to a good friend?
Sense last evening I had huge craving for coffee and when the CCD is not open in the hostel.
So, during the dinner my friend and I were little bored and deiced to go to cafe Milano, Cafe Milano is almost next to CCD and Reliance. My friend ordered choco rocks and for me an Americano.
We spoke about Hinduism (very interesting), future plan and much more. I have to confess my friend asked about Protestantism and I could not give much good information compare to the knowledge my friend has about Hinduism.
A good end of a week. Evening coffee with a friend and get a hard time to sleep.
Crazy, crazy, crazy.
My friend is selling off furniture from the apartment, because my friend is done with college . So in the morning we faced a little problem. The reason was, we had no gas for cooking or stove, nothing. What we did, we went to a small typical Indian restaurant.
Plastic chairs, open kitchen, little dirty, many workers.
My friend asked if they could make afghani omelet, they did not have it in the menu, but they made it. The omelet was okay, prefer homemade.
we also had chai and spoke about the movie, Noah, college and much more.
It is sad the time in india is soon over. Because when will I meet all this lovely people again?
Noah was a long movie, 2 hours and 15 minutes and with a 5-10 minutes in the middle of the movie.
Some people says the first part of the movie was bad, boring while other say the last part was boring.
For me, overall the movie was good, little too much sometimes. However, I liked it was based on the religious story. I would also say the actors were really good.
A 3D movie at 3:50 for 180 rupees.
In the morning I went though different news websites and fond a article about earth hour. This idea to show important the environment to the politics leaders. But, is it better to try to live environmental friendly everyday, then just turn off the lights for an hour?
Besides, I have not heard anything about hours hour in India. Do they even know it exist?
Here, would be impossible to turn off the light for an hour. We would melt away.
Still, Earth hour, is something huge in west, but I would not say it is big in India. I guess my friends would say, nice but not possible to do it. Or are you kidding with me.
In the end, try to be environmental always and not only for an hour, because an hour “environmental friendly” do not make any change.
Seriously my roommate and I are suffering very much of the heat. Our room is facing the morning sun and we do not know what to do about the heat in our room or outside.
Our windows are wide open, curtains for the window, fan on highest speed and the door to the corridor is wide open. Also the door to the bathroom is open. Just to create some sort of wind. But do you think it helps? No, not at all.
Yesterday, during the day I slept on my yoga carpet directly under the fan and it felt good, I could acutely feel the wind from the fan. So maybe we will move our beds from the wall to middle of the room…
I wish we had AC in the room…
However, why I wrote Noah, is because I can not stand of the heat and thought the movie theaters have AC and comfortable seats. So, why not go for a long movie during the day? What I have heard Noah should be a good movie, and over 2 hours long!
So if I go during the day, I will get AC, escape the heat, watch a good movie, be away from the hostel, a 3D movie. The price is 300 rupees. For me that sounds like heaven!
