I know I have been gone for some days. The reason is I have been busy with many things around me and just put the computer away.
My mind and brain have not been relax at all. There for, in my case a good way to calm down and relax is to drink saffron tea.
Just take little saffron and heat up water and wait for some minutes and drink. I got this habit in India. Also, saffron tea is good to drink over a conversation with friends.
