Today, I received a email from Swedish-Indian society about the cooking class I signed up for some weeks ago.
The class is on Monday and the dishes we are going to prepare are Dosa, Green chutney, Tomato Chutney, Kerala Chicken, Hyderabadi Lamb Biriyani, Raitha, Shrimp and tomato fry, Fish Molee, Kheer and much more!
Can it be any better?
Be surrounded with Indian spices, sense and food!
Also, at the cooking class a Swedish reporter, how wrote a book about Bombay street food will be there too. Hopefully I can buy her book and get it signed!
There for, I would like to write, the class is not full booked yet and probably still open to do a registration.
