Raspbarries pie


Today after three hours long walk around Södermalm my family requested me to make a pie.
A pie with raspberries and rhubarbs.

The dough is made with 2 dl of wheat floor, 1 spoon of sugar and 100 gram of butter. It is just to mix everything with the fingers. The oven’s heat is on 225 C and pie has to be in the oven for 30 minutes. Very simple and delicious in the summer evenings.
