Almost everyday my hair is in a ponnytail. It is the easiest way to keep the hair away from the face.
However, yesterday function I felt for something else. Not an other day with ponnytail or hair hanging free. For me, to let the hair hanging free without anything in the hair is a big no no. While digging in my boxes with hairpins and all there were two hairpins which I remember from my childhood. They are sparkle a bit matching with my dress. So, why not to use them? I would never use this sparkle pins in normal situations, everyday lif but yesterday was a function therefore more proper to have sparkles.
So, in the end, sometimes it is good to keep old things because you never know when them might be useful again.
Hm… The dinner was better than I though, or at least the gravy dishes.
The roti was too less thin and felt like the bread was homemade massproduction. Anyway, they had paneer, veg malai kofta, chicken and lamb on top of that chole. In my taste they had better dinner than I expected, at least I could feel the flavours. But, the cue to get the food was too long after sometime.
The evening with ICCS with a lot of people and preforamcnes.
So, when we arrived we got this great welcome with photograph, food and drinks.
After the welcome there was bit of waiting but we met some people I already knew. The food was not too bad and the preformacnes were aesome!
The groups needed to preform on a small stage but did a great work.
Overall, the Diwali fest was great. I loved it.
