Saturday night

I am not a party girl instead of going out to a clubs I love staying at home. Normally during the weekends I have to get the energy for next week. It feels like I don’t have free free time. There is always something which is waiting on me. If I haven’t had time during the week I do all the musts now. _MG_9395

Gloss Love

I do not have only food in my fridge, all liqued make up is there too.

Many of my lip gloss is half empty or lying in different bags. Some in my bagpack, other in my sholderbag and in two or three different handbags. Therefore, if I have a specific lipgloss or lip stick in mind it can take sometime to find the right one. But, all the lips gloss and sticks which are not in se right now are in the fridge.

I have tried this lip gloss for somedays from Lacome and I really love it. It is glossy and add some red/pinkish color on the lips. May be the best part during winter season it does not try out the lips. The color is strong but looks really nice for everyday wear.

Veg biff La Carro and me

Last night dinner with m friend.

We used a recipe from mittkök Moroccan chickpeas burger. We did a little bit of our own way. The foundation was the same, chickpeas, garlic and we the spices. Instead of one egg we used two and normal onoin instead of spring onion.

In the recipe it was written 2 hours in the refrigerator, but we put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.

What is needed:
400g chickpeas (1 tin)
60 g of bread crumbs
1 tbsp tahinipasta or smooth peanut butter
1 egg
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
3 spring onions
0.5 lemon
2 tablespoons canola oil
150g natural yoghurt
1 tsp Garam Masala
sea salt and black pep

Mix the chickpeas well and add choped onion, garlic, spices and eggs and mix it with a mixer very well. When the mixture is smooth form the mixture too flat balls and pop it in the frezzer. After 15 minutes it is time to fry them in a normal pan.

To this we mixe the toghurt and garam masala to get less dry dish and yoghurt with garam tast not too bad. To de veg biffs any form of salad is good. However, I missed the heat in the dish. Therefore I would have added garam masala wih the chickpeas and some chilli.
