Last night dinner with m friend.
We used a recipe from mittkök Moroccan chickpeas burger. We did a little bit of our own way. The foundation was the same, chickpeas, garlic and we the spices. Instead of one egg we used two and normal onoin instead of spring onion.
In the recipe it was written 2 hours in the refrigerator, but we put it in the freezer for 15 minutes.
What is needed:
400g chickpeas (1 tin)
60 g of bread crumbs
1 tbsp tahinipasta or smooth peanut butter
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp ground cumin
3 spring onions
2 tablespoons canola oil
150g natural yoghurt
1 tsp Garam Masala
sea salt and black pep
Mix the chickpeas well and add choped onion, garlic, spices and eggs and mix it with a mixer very well. When the mixture is smooth form the mixture too flat balls and pop it in the frezzer. After 15 minutes it is time to fry them in a normal pan.
To this we mixe the toghurt and garam masala to get less dry dish and yoghurt with garam tast not too bad. To de veg biffs any form of salad is good. However, I missed the heat in the dish. Therefore I would have added garam masala wih the chickpeas and some chilli.
