Friday, last day of the week

Good Morning!
I hope you had a good sleep.

In my case, I lept like a baby and did not want to leave the bed when a alarm started. Yesterday evening I thought it was going to be a early evening, but of course the time passed by too fast whie I was searching where I had put a gift. You know the feeling of the gift is located on a good spot, but where is the good spot.

Anyways, todays’ time table is simple, Studies to 10-11 and than gym for 35-45 minutes. Back home even more studies till 5 or 6ish and PS4 night at a friend’s place. Yes, I am really excited to ply PS4, I have not tried it yet.

I am back

Last evening was my first work shift after 3 months without work. What I felt, was I had forgot some part of the routines, but after some more shifts and I will be as good as before.

After the work I manage to take a fast stop at the gym to do cardio for 33 minutes. More or less to move my legs and create more hunger. The thing is, my shift got over at 22 and around that time my stomach start scream for food. To be able to eat with enjoyment, the best option is to work out and be even more hungry before eggs and warm milk.
One thing I most say, even after my diet in India, when I ate a lot of eggs every day at least 6 eggs. Still I love boiled eggs and can eat eggs every day without any problems. EGGS are awesome.

So, at 11 pm I was at the gym and worked out, and I know I am going to face the sleeping problems tomorrow. But, that is okay, I needed to work out, because it takes time to relax and calm down after a shift.

Bodybalance for today

I have not been to a bodybalance workout for sometime but today I fianlly attened a work out. My body feels like it has become 10 cm taller. Anyway, the bodybalance is not heavy workout but streaching out some part of the body is easy to forget that we have. One other thing I like with bodybalance it is the balacne part, to concentrate on your inner part of the body. To be able to concentrate on me right here and now. I am guessing everyone need me-time and today was the bodybalance mine me-time.

When none is around

Yea, when none is around at the gym it is possible to be yourself more than ever. Anything from cardio and laugh to a funny program or take funny photos. So, that is one of the reason I love being at the gym after the normals hours. None is there to see me and I can focus more on me and think more clear.
towever Today, was a less great day at the gym, too many people and I could not feel free to work out. On the other side, I miss Golds Gym at 3 when it was only my PT and me also with few house wifes. The best gym I have ever been too.

Love it but is this really me?

I must say that I never though that I was one of the people wearing a cap. But, in the area where I am living in, this brand and this sort of cap is very common and people are wearing it till and from food store, the gym and so on. So many wear this sort of cap during the weekends. So, somehow I thought Hey I want a cap like that for the lazy . This sort of days when I do not wear makeup, or when I wish to hide my face or hair. This hat is there with me very often when I go to the gym.
To sum up, the area where I am living has an influence on me, but hopefully not in a bad way. This sort of influence is something many are facing, but do not want to be honest with themself or other about how much the environment effect them.

TIme to get ready!

Okay, the time is 4:15 and I have not stated to get ready, beside I have removed all my photos from my memory card to my computer. So, tonight my camera is going warm. However, I am still facing this major problem of which dress to wear. I am leading towards my red dress, but than my dad said you might want your farwell dress. That is a good option too… So now I am standing with at elast 4 different dresses to chose from. On thing is for sure, my Boss dress has to wait, it is not really right cut for Diwali too formal (perfect for my brother master dinner celebration).

Anyways, I have to figure out the dress soon, because the time is ticking. Have a nice evening everyone, I am planing to eat a lot of indian food to night! 😀 So I have been to the gym done my work out so I can eat a lot! I have the food planed kind of good!

Salary Friday

Today, many people get the salary and are out in Stockholm city. I am may be one of the very few who does not go out to party so often. Almost never I am out at a bar, it has never been my thing. Not at all.
So, after a walk with my friend I went to the gym and did some work out. At the same time, my knee is stll paining so still power walk. The whole gym after 9 pm the gym was empty and I could watch this wired movie, warm body.

At the gym, knee is hurting and my fot. So will I be able to wear high heel for the diwali?

I think it is time to cool down

For some months I have been working out everyday. Somehow, I think it is best to take it more easy with my work out. I can not work out every day. Than I mean, do cardio everyday, in the end, the body need to rest. Also, I want to do other things too than only working out. But, when I have not been to the gym the feeling of lazyness arrives and I am walking to the the gym. At the same time, I do not really see cardio as a work out. It is more of relaxing part of the day. In my eye working out is with weight lifting or when the body is alsmot dead.
Lifting weight has not happen for very long time, but killing my body yea, sometimes yesterday for example with the core work out.
But, I have to take it more easy for my own best and eat better. This should be my new plan, work out better and eat much better. Right now, I do not eat sweets, chips or deep fried food (I hate it), but better as in more fish! I need more fish for sure. So, let me try to cook fish at least once a week.

Do you dear to try?

The clock is after 11 pm and I am not tired… Or I was deadly tired at 8 pm but instead of going to bed I went to the gym. Well, may be it was not the best idea, however it feels so good to be there. To forget everything and relax. The freedom of getting away.

Tomorrows plan is to do a homework and at 11 am is a very important meeting about my dyslexia. Time to get ready and read a book and pack my bag for tomorrows activites. Also, I have to study a lot.

The best time at the gym

Today after work I visited the gym. I do not know, but there is something I really prefere gyming at the night then during the day. I do not know why, but may be it is because I feel gymming in the night is more relaxing. Normally at the night we are 2-3 people. So, the gym is very calm and it is possible to be relax to 100 %. However, the less great time is after the gym I am not feeling tired for some hours. On the other side, I can most likely sleep some hour tomorrow. I love, love gyming in the night. If it possible you should try that too.

However, may be the walk from the gym to home is not that great. At 00 there are many party people out which are there and think they role the street and also it is hard to know what the person might do. But so far nothing has happened, beside people are looking at you with the gym shoes in the hands and started speaking with me….
